Who's insurance are we covered under ?
Our drivers drive under your insurance policy to guarantee that you are fully protected. If your insurance provider requires any information regarding your chauffeur, we can e-mail them a copy of relevant documentation.
What do I need to make a reservation ?
You will need to sign up as a new client. We will need your name, address, phone number, vehicle we are using, year, make, model. Proof of current insurance coverage for stated vehicle should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org , itinerary dates, times, and event locations. Lastly, we will need a credit card to guarantee your reservation.
Can I pay the chauffeur direct ?
Yes. If you wish to pay by cash, you may pay your driver upon his arrival.
What if I need to cancel my reservation ?
We feel that you must have a very good reason not to use our service, so we have a NO CHARGE cancellation policy.
Will my driver run errands or fulfill special requests ?
Yes, of course, as long as it is within the boundaries of the law, it is considered part of our service and making sure any and all your needs are met.
How much lead time do I need in order to book your service ?
We normally require a 24 hour notice period, however, we can, and will attempt to work on a shorter timetable, if possible.
